Nice game.
I like the long jump mechanic as it can be combined with other actions when going through the levels.
Sometimes I get confused as to what button to press but it's probably because I'm not used to the controls.
Does the checkpoint system work? I kept going back to the start of the level every time I died, even though I had gone through several doors (rooms?).
Good job on the game!
Also, totally unrelated, what happened to that other Ina game that played like Megaman Battle Network? My only record of it ever existing is a VTuber playing it. Looked like fun, but I never got to try it.
Hi,
Thanks for playing!
Maybe I could have been more clear but the checkpoints specifically refer to the IRyS checkpoints scattered throughout the level, and the start of the level.
If those aren't working though then we actually have a problem lol.
I'm sorry if the controls are weird. Customizable controls weren't something I really thought about. That's my bad.
As for the
previous game I made, I was preparing an updated version but grew continuously dissatisfied with it (mainly constant performance issues + I grew to dislike the visuals), so I say we chalk up your memory of it as an instance of the Mandela Effect.Ah I see. I didn't see any IRyS checkpoints, so I guess I'm just too bad at the game to even reach a checkpoint. XD
Thanks for solving the mystery of the
non-existentimaginary game.
